AMS Geological Consulting Ltd., is a company dedicated to providing
geological services, especially the preparation of Reports under NI 43-101 and J.O.R.C. standards.
Currently, our company has consolidated itself in the mining market,
providing services to various companies in the sector, thanks to the high commitment of
our professionals and technicians to quality, safety and the environment.
Currently, the company provides services divided into the following business areas

Human Resources:
The management and control of its activities is exercised by Mr. Aldo Moreno Salinas,
General Administrator, a secretary who performs the functions of Administrative
Manager.
This structure is advised by:
• An external tax and labor office
• Trained personnel with vast experience in geological services,
composed of three geologists, an Economic Project Evaluation Engineer and two Mid-Level Technicians in Geomining.
Physical Resources:
There is a place physical located in the Industrial District of Coquimbo, which
accommodates the needs of the company
• Good location, spacious spaces, easy access from La Serena and from
Coquimbo.
Financial Resources:
The Company has sufficient cash flows for its normal operation and has
excellent banking references, presenting a healthy financial situation which gives
room for continuous improvement of our physical assets and future investments.
